Design Commission Gallery
Design Commission is located in the TK artist lofts in Pioneer Square. As long as the studio has been in busines shows s, it has participated in First Thursday Artwalk - featuring well known local artists with an emphasis on design. The gallery aspect of the business had always been integrated in the studio until two years ago. I proposed that we gave the gallery a name, branding and its own website. We kept it very tied to Design Commission, using DC Gallery (Design Commission Gallery). The website is built to be very reflective of the current gallery exhibition - letting the artists work show through.
