Nicole is an enthusiastic design leader who excels at crafting user-centered solutions for intricate problems. She's passionate about nurturing an inclusive design culture and creative collaboration within product teams, especially within remote and hybrid work environments. Armed with a BFA in Design from Cornish College of the Arts, she has two decades of experience spanning digital advertising, marketing, and product design.

 

Nicole has guided teams to craft award-winning projects across diverse environments, including advertising agencies, in-house design units, boutique studios, and startup ventures. Rooted in Seattle with her partner, she is kept very busy with her 2 sons and 2 spirited Boston terriers.
